What happens if I don't return my home try-on in time?
We understand you're human and things happen. If you need to extend your home try-on period, please reach out to our customer support team at email@example.com and we can work with you on extending your try-on by a couple days.
If you do not reach out to us regarding an extension and no action is taken regarding your returns, we will need to charge the card on file for the full price of each band. In order to avoid this charge, your home try-on return should be initiated by the fifth full day after delivery in your return portal (we'll send you an email reminder). If you are able to locate your home try-on and send it back after you've been charged we will fully refund the charge as soon as possible.
