We understand the importance of a wedding band and what it symbolizes, which is why we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you realize that your wedding band fit is off after you purchase, we offer free exchanges within 30-days of your delivery date. Please note exclusions to this policy below.
Exclusions to our exchange and return policy include any ring that has been customized by Hitched (engraving, custom finish, custom size), any ring that has been visibly worn or shows signs of wear and tear (a ring that is scratched), any ring that has been altered after purchase (engraved or resized by someone other than Hitched). Please note that Hitched only covers shipping fees for one exchange only. Shipping fees for subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the consumer.
