If my band has been customized, can I exchange it?Updated a year ago

Any ring that has been customized by Hitched (engraving, custom finish, custom size) and any ring that has been altered after purchase (engraved or resized by someone other than Hitched) are considered final sale and are unable to be returned. If you like your ring style and finish, but just need a size adjustment please reach out to our team at [email protected]. There will be a fee associated with your ring resize depending on the scope.
